This giveaway is organised by Elizabeth Arthotel and InTheSnow. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

• Open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Open to residents worldwide.
• Employees of Elizabeth Arthotel, InTheSnow, and any affiliated partners (including immediate family members) are not eligible to participate

• The competition runs from Wednesday 12th March to Monday 24th March 2025 (23:59 GMT).
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

The winner will receive:

• A 3-night stay for two people at the Elizabeth Arthotel, Ischgl, in a Deluxe room (either double or twin) with half-board (daily breakfast and a 6-course evening meal with house wine).
• A €500 travel voucher towards flights.
• Private transfers between Innsbruck airport and Elizabeth Arthotel for two guests.
• 3-day ski passes for two.
• 3-day ski equipment hire for two.

Prize Conditions

• The prize is valid only between 6th April – 22nd April 2025 (inclusive of Easter).
• The prize does not include additional costs, such as travel insurance, meals outside of the half-board package, drinks beyond those included, or any other personal expenses.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on social media or email, depending on the entry method.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected at random.
• By entering, participants agree that their name and/or social media handle may be publicly announced on Elizabeth Arthotel and InTheSnow’s social media channels, websites and newsletters.

• Elizabeth Arthotel is solely responsible for fulfilling the competition prize.
• By entering this competition and accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that Elizabeth Arthotel, InTheSnow, and affiliated parties are not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, injuries, accidents, delays, or other issues arising from or related to participation in this giveaway, the travel, accommodation, ski activities, or any part of the prize experience.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance, visas (if required), and any other necessary documentation.
• By entering, participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this giveaway.

•  Personal data collected (e.g., Instagram usernames, email addresses) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
• As part of the sign-up process, entrants may receive marketing communications from Elizabeth Arthotel and InTheSnow. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
• Both parties will handle data in compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
